Patrick T. Stokes. Chairman, Anheuser-Busch Companies.
Controls all marketing operations for the corporation. He is the first CEO in 142 years who is neither an Anheuser nor a Bush (4/2002). He has been with the compay since 1969. Took over as Chairman in December 2006 replacing August Busch III.
Adding Busch and Anheuser as last names I would love to have (along with Vanderbilt, Carnegie..you get the idea). I love long lineages. I would put up with any crude “bush” jokes, no problem.
And so my hometown has a new sherriff in town…
